Summary
This study tests whether combining brain stimulation (rTMS), personalized physical therapy, and medication adjustments can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Researchers will enroll 156 adults whose symptoms began within the last 5 years. All participants will receive rTMS and basic rehabilitation, but the timing and addition of specialized neurological therapy will vary between groups.
