Summary

This study looks at how near-complete estrogen deprivation (NCED) therapy, used to treat breast cancer, affects heart function. Researchers will use heart scans to measure blood flow in 90 women aged 55 or younger who are premenopausal at diagnosis. The goal is to understand if this therapy changes how the heart works over 12 to 24 months.
