Summary

This study is testing whether a drug called infliximab works better alone or when combined with other immunosuppressive medications to control Crohn's disease in children. It will involve 128 children aged 6-18 who have active Crohn's disease. The main goal is to see which approach leads to better remission rates and fewer symptoms after about one year of treatment.
