Summary

This study is testing whether the drug crizotinib can shrink or stop the growth of advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called a ROS1 translocation. The trial includes patients with various advanced solid tumors, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma that have not responded to previous treatments. Researchers are giving crizotinib to see if blocking the ROS1 protein helps control these cancers.
