Summary

This study follows 450 adults with gout, calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease (CPPD), or osteoarthritis over up to 10 years. Researchers use regular ultrasounds and lab tests to see how crystal deposits in joints and blood vessels change over time and respond to standard treatments. The goal is to better understand these diseases and their link to heart problems.
