Summary

This study looks at how the COVID-19 pandemic may have changed people's physical activity, sleep, blood pressure, and mental stress. Researchers will track 100 adults aged 18-75 using wearable devices, fitness tests, and health questionnaires over two visits. The goal is to better understand the long-term health effects of the pandemic, not to test a treatment.
