CF Patients' COVID antibodies tracked in new study
NCT ID NCT04992234
First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study followed 113 people with cystic fibrosis (CF) over two years to see how many had antibodies from COVID-19 infection or vaccination. Researchers collected blood samples and health data to understand if CF patients are less likely to get COVID-19 and how their immune system responds. The goal is to learn more about COVID-19 in this group, not to test a new treatment.
