Summary
This study tests if a 7-day course of steroids can reduce dangerous inflammation in 30 adults with heart failure-related cardiogenic shock. Participants must have high inflammation levels and be on temporary heart pumps. The goal is to see if steroids safely help the heart and organs recover faster.
