Summary
This study tests whether a 7-day course of intravenous steroids can reduce harmful inflammation and help 30 adults recover from heart failure-related cardiogenic shock. Participants must have high inflammation levels and be in the ICU. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and improves recovery.
