Summary
This study compares different doses of steroids given directly into the knee during total knee replacement surgery. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose to reduce pain and improve recovery. About 120 adults having knee replacement will take part, and their pain, stiffness, and function will be tracked after surgery.
