NCT ID NCT07440836
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two types of exercises—corrective moves that target deep core muscles and planks that work the whole belly—to see which better helps postpartum women with diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation). 56 women who gave birth vaginally and have significant separation will do their assigned exercises three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, muscle strength, and the gap between abdominal muscles.
