NCT ID NCT07628400
First seen Jun 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compares two types of exercises—hypopressive and split tummy—to help women with postpartum diastasis recti (separated belly muscles). Fifty women who have given birth multiple times will do one of the two exercise programs for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in muscle gap, pelvic floor strength, and quality of life to see which approach works better.
