Summary

This study tested three doses of an inhaled medicine called glycopyrrolate in 46 adults with COPD. Each person received the medicine or a placebo for one week at a time. The goal was to see if the medicine improved lung function and was safe. The trial is complete, and results will help decide if larger studies are needed.
