New hope for veterans struggling to breathe

Summary
This study is testing whether the drug tadalafil can help reduce shortness of breath in Veterans who have both COPD and high blood pressure in their lungs. 126 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either tadalafil or a placebo pill for six months, and neither they nor the researchers will know which one they get. The main goal is to see if the drug makes breathing easier and improves daily life for these patients.
