Breathing training may ease COPD symptoms

Summary

This study tests whether a specific type of breathing exercise (functional inspiratory muscle training) can improve breathing, daily function, and quality of life in people with COPD. About 51 participants will be assigned to different training programs. The goal is to see if these exercises, added to standard pulmonary rehab, offer extra benefits.
