Summary
This study looked at two different breathing exercises for people with COPD, a long-term lung disease. 58 adults were split into two groups: one used a device that creates vibrations while breathing out, and the other used a special breathing technique. The goal was to see which method better improved lung function, cleared mucus, reduced shortness of breath, and improved quality of life over four weeks.
