New program aims to ease Post-Concussion headaches in young adults

Summary

This pilot study tests a new program called CRISP to help young adults aged 18-29 recover from concussion and mild traumatic brain injury. Participants must have had a concussion at least 2 weeks ago but less than 2 years ago, with new or worsening headaches. The study will see if the program is acceptable and helps reduce headache and fatigue symptoms.
