Virtual Check-Ins aim to ease End-of-Life care for breast cancer patients

Summary
This study explores whether regular video or phone check-ins between patients with advanced breast cancer, their caregivers, and their cancer care teams can improve the hospice experience. About 200 participants receiving in-home hospice care in Massachusetts will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for staying connected during end-of-life care.
