Summary

This study looked at 386 women with cervical, uterine, or ovarian cancer to compare complication rates between standard keyhole surgery (laparoscopy) and robot-assisted keyhole surgery. The goal was to see which approach leads to fewer problems within the first six months after the operation. Results help doctors choose the safest surgical method for each patient.
