Summary

This study looks at 1,300 people with moderate-risk pulmonary embolism (blood clots in the lungs) to compare three treatments: blood thinners, clot-busting drugs, and mechanical clot removal. Researchers will track deaths, heart recovery, bleeding risks, and quality of life over 90 days. The goal is to find the safest and most effective approach for each patient.
