Summary
This study compares two well-known psychological treatments for depression: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Up to 100 adults with major depressive disorder will receive 8 weeks of online group therapy via Zoom. The goal is to see which approach works better and understand how they help people feel better.
