This study compares two ultrasound-guided nerve block methods for pain relief after hip replacement surgery. One method targets deep muscles, while the other blocks nerves around the hip joint and thigh. The goal is to see which approach better reduces opioid use and pain while preserving leg strength. Sixty adults undergoing hip arthroplasty will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques.
