First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares three different devices used to perform a glaucoma surgery called goniotomy at the same time as cataract surgery. The goal is to see which device best lowers eye pressure and reduces the need for glaucoma medications over six months. About 132 adults with open-angle glaucoma who are already scheduled for cataract surgery will take part. Results will help doctors choose the most effective tool for this combined procedure.
