Summary

This study looked at 126 women aged 30-60 with abnormal uterine bleeding to compare two methods of taking a womb lining sample: manual vacuum aspiration and dilatation and curettage. The goal was to see which method gives a better tissue sample for diagnosing the cause of bleeding, including cancer. Researchers also measured pain levels 24 hours after the procedure.
