Summary

This study looks at whether connecting youth (ages 12-25) with community programs rooted in Native Hawaiian culture can improve their mental and physical health. Participants will take part in activities that strengthen their connection to the land and culture, and complete surveys about their well-being. The goal is to see if this approach helps manage conditions like asthma, obesity, and mental health challenges.
