Mindfulness boost for older black breast cancer survivors battling depression

Summary
This study aims to create and test a shortened mindfulness program to help older African American women who have had breast cancer feel less depressed. About 23 women aged 65 and older with mild to moderate depression will take part. The goal is to see if the program is practical and if participants find it helpful.
