First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study aimed to see if a general form of group therapy, using skills common to all major therapies, could help adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or stress. It was designed for people 18 and older with self-reported distress, but excluded those with recent self-harm, suicide attempts, eating disorders, psychosis, or recent drug use. The study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
