First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether combining two fertility drugs (letrozole and clomiphene) works better than letrozole alone for women with PCOS who did not ovulate with clomiphene alone. 42 women aged 20-40 took part. The goal was to see which treatment led to more mature eggs and thicker uterine lining, checked by ultrasound.
