Drug and exercise combo aims to beat cancer fatigue

Summary
This study tests whether combining a stimulant drug (methylphenidate) with an exercise program can reduce severe fatigue in prostate cancer patients receiving hormone therapy and radiation. About 200 participants will be assigned to different groups to compare the effects. The goal is to improve energy, mood, and quality of life during cancer treatment.
