NCT ID NCT05419479

First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether combining three immunotherapy drugs (domvanalimab, zimberelimab, and APX005M) can safely control metastatic pancreatic cancer. The trial enrolls 46 people whose cancer has spread and standard treatments have stopped working. Researchers will monitor side effects and measure tumor shrinkage every 8 weeks.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

domvanalimab, zimberelimab, and APX005M (immunotherapy drugs)

What this could lead to

If it works, this could point toward a new treatment option that helps control metastatic pancreatic cancer by using the immune system to fight the tumor.

What could go wrong

This is an early-phase trial (phase 1/2) with only 46 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The study is currently suspended, and immunotherapy can cause serious immune-related side effects.
