Summary

This study follows 50,000 people with colorectal, small bowel, or anal cancer to learn why some respond better to treatment than others. Researchers will collect data on genetics, lifestyle, and side effects to improve care for all patients, not just those in clinical trials. Participants can also join other studies at the same time.
