Summary

This study looked at how college students develop and handle stress. 120 students with mild-to-moderate depressive symptoms who were not in therapy took part. Some received weekly surveys and personalized feedback via text message, while others only completed surveys. The goal was to see if this approach could help students notice stress early and stay engaged.
