Cold water splash: new study tests hydrotherapy for long COVID relief

Summary
This study tests whether cold water therapy (Kneipp hydrotherapy) can improve quality of life for people with Long COVID. Thirty adults with a Post-COVID diagnosis will either receive the cold water treatment or continue usual care. Researchers will measure changes in fatigue, sleep, and overall well-being over the study period.
