This study tests whether using a cold spray or a Buzzy device (a vibrating cold pack) can reduce pain and fear during penicillin injections. Ninety adults receiving intramuscular penicillin will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: cold spray, Buzzy device, or standard care. Their pain and fear levels will be measured using simple scales. The goal is to see if these simple, non-invasive methods can make injections more comfortable.
