First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested a program called Compensatory Cognitive Training (CCT) in 21 veterans with PTSD who still had memory and attention problems after standard PTSD treatment. The goal was to see if CCT could help improve their thinking skills and daily functioning. The study was small and focused on whether the program was practical and acceptable, not on proving it works.
