First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 40-hour, 8-week cognitive telerehabilitation program done at home could reduce the risk of long-term thinking problems after a stroke. 86 adults who had a recent stroke took part. The treatment group did the home program, while the control group received standard care. The goal was to see if the program could help preserve memory, thinking skills, and quality of life.
