Summary
This study aims to help primary care doctors detect early signs of cognitive decline in older adults using a simple automated tool. Researchers will test the tool with 100 Spanish-speaking adults aged 60 and older. The goal is to make screening easier and more common, so more people can get the care they need sooner.
