First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study at Massachusetts General Hospital tests whether adding coaching sessions to standard ketamine or esketamine treatment can help people with treatment-resistant depression. About 20 adults already on maintenance ketamine will receive 12 coaching sessions over 3 months. The goal is to see if coaching is practical, well-liked, and might reduce how often ketamine treatments are needed.
