NCT ID NCT07563868

First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether adding coaching sessions can make ketamine or esketamine work better for people with treatment-resistant depression. About 20 adults who already get ketamine at Massachusetts General Hospital will try 12 coaching sessions over 3 months. The goal is to see if this combo is practical, liked by patients, and might reduce how often they need ketamine.
