Summary

This study tests a new drug called CNSI-Fe(II), which is injected directly into tumors. It uses iron to trigger a type of cell death called ferroptosis, aiming to control or shrink advanced solid tumors like lung, pancreas, and colorectal cancers. The study involves 54 adults whose current treatments have stopped working. The goal is to check safety and see if the drug can stop tumor growth.
