Summary
This study tests a vaccine called Triplex to prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in adults who have received a stem cell transplant. CMV can cause serious illness in people with weakened immune systems. The vaccine uses harmless pieces of CMV DNA to help the body build immunity. The goal is to reduce the risk of CMV-related complications.
