Summary
This study aims to better understand chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), a rare blood cancer. Researchers will collect blood and bone marrow samples from 5,000 adults with CMML, taken during routine care or other clinical trials. The goal is to improve diagnosis, predict how the disease will progress, and identify new treatment options. No experimental treatments are given; this is an observational study to gather information.
