Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and sonrotoclax) in people with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The goal is to see if the treatment can make the cancer undetectable in the blood and bone marrow. About 40 adults who need treatment for CLL or SLL will take part. The approach targets cancer cells in multiple ways to achieve deep remission.
