New Triple-Drug attack aims to wipe out hidden leukemia cells

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and sonrotoclax) can make cancer cells undetectable in people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). About 40 adults who need treatment for the first time will receive the drugs. The main goal is to see how many achieve undetectable minimal residual disease (uMRD), meaning no cancer cells can be found with a sensitive test.
