First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special type of acupressure, given at times that match the body's natural daily rhythms, can help older adults in nursing homes sleep better. 80 people aged 60 and older will receive either real acupressure or a sham version for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure sleep quality, anxiety, and stress before and after the treatment.
