Summary

This study looks at whether taking cinnamon supplements for three months can lower inflammation and improve gut health in people with chronic kidney disease. Thirty patients will take either cinnamon capsules or a placebo. Researchers will measure markers of inflammation and oxidative stress to see if cinnamon helps.
