Summary
This study looks at whether eating a high-carb or high-protein dinner 3-4 hours before bed can help medical residents sleep better. Ninety participants will be assigned to one of three meal groups for two weeks. Sleep quality will be measured using questionnaires and smartwatches, and saliva samples will be checked for changes in genes related to the body's internal clock.
