Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether injecting antibiotics directly into the tissue around chronic wounds helps them heal better than standard care alone. About 60 adults with non-healing wounds on their legs, arms, or trunk will either receive the antibiotic injections plus usual wound care, or usual care alone. The study will track side effects and measure wound size and closure over six months.
