Summary
This study compares two ways of treating chronic muscle and joint pain: one that focuses on reducing pain and another that focuses on improving daily function. About 24 adults will attend weekly team-based sessions for 3 months. Researchers will measure pain levels, how much pain interferes with life, and ability to perform daily activities.
