Knee replacement recovery: how many still have pain after 3 months?

NCT ID NCT07673276

First seen Jun 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study follows adults who have knee replacement surgery using a fast-track recovery program called ERAS. Researchers want to know how many people still have pain three months later, how severe it is, and whether they still need strong painkillers. Participants answer simple questions about pain and daily activities before surgery and for up to three months after. The goal is to better understand recovery and improve pain care in the future.
