Summary

This study looks at why some people develop chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after a stem cell transplant. Researchers will collect blood, stool, saliva, and tissue samples from 75 participants to track immune cell changes over time. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
