Summary
This study compares two types of wound dressings—one with chlorhexidine and one with povidone iodine—to see which better prevents infection and helps healing after a traumatic injury. About 176 adults aged 18-65 with fresh, clean-contaminated wounds will take part. The goal is to find the more effective dressing for everyday wound care.
